After working for 10 years as a lawyer in Germany and as analyst in Ireland I realised that my passion was to support people to overcome pain and struggle. Having gone through many challenges in my own life and sought help, my heart opened up to my true calling and I changed my career. I retrained in Regression Therapy and then went on to study and qualify in Psychotrauma Therapy and Family Constellations. My spiritual journey has been long, but I feel I am now where I am supposed to be. Having personally benefited enormously from Regression Therapy, Trauma Therapy and Family Constellation I am aware that these therapies can facilitate healing and ultimately transform a person's life. Nothing is ever lost. This is one of the fundamental principles of life.

We are born with amnesia so we can experience life. We cannot learn and grow by knowing all the answers from the start. Both matter and energy continues to always exist, sometimes they just assume another form. Discovering ourselves, our purpose and awakenings often involves every emotion known to mankind but the joy and beauty of that which we discover about ourselves and those around us can bring resolution, healing, understanding and ultimately peace and contentment.

In my practice in Rathfarnham, Co. Dublin, Ireland I use divine guidance and my skills as a therapist to achieve harmony and balance between mind, body and soul.
